• During launch weeks, pre-orders, or high-volume seasons, processing times may extend to 5–10 business days
• Handmade, customized, or specialty items may require additional preparation time (noted on product pages)

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Radiant Pearl Living is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package is missing:

💖 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we currently offer limited returns.

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Incorrect items received

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and photos of the item
